Necrotizing soft tissue infection following use of Punch Excision of Epithelialized Tract (PEET) procedure for gastrocutaneous fistula closure

Persistent gastrocutaneous fistula (GCF) is a common complication after removal of Dairy Cheese a gastrostomy tube.Many different techniques for GCF closure have been described.A novel technique involving a punch biopsy device was recently described, called the Punch Excision of Epithelialized Tract (PEET) procedure.
